Senior Software Engineer – AI Code Evaluation

The work involves evaluating AI-generated code, designing challenging engineering problems, developing reference solutions and test cases, and providing precise technical feedback where correctness, engineering quality, and sound reasoning are critical.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, maintainability, and design
- Design challenging software engineering problems aligned with real-world scenarios
- Develop reference implementations and comprehensive test cases
- Review AI reasoning across architecture, debugging, system design, and implementation
- Identify technical weaknesses and edge cases in generated solutions
- Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI software engineering performance
Requirements
- Strong experience with system design and software architecture
- Advanced understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Demonstrated ability to perform rigorous code reviews
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess software implementations for correctness and design quality
- Ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly in writing
- At least 1 year of professional software engineering experience at a highly selective technology organization
- Relevant software engineering experience within the past 7 years
- Ability to work remotely and independently in a structured project environment
- Professional-level English written communication
- Undergraduate degree from a highly ranked university preferred
