What You'll Do

- Contribute feedback to improve AI-driven customer support systems and training datasets
- Collaborate with distributed teams to improve process quality and operational consistency
- Maintain organized documentation of customer interaction patterns and support outcomes
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality standards are consistently maintained
- Work independently within remote asynchronous project environments
- Support process improvement initiatives related to customer communication workflows
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support, customer success, or client-facing operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong empathy and clarity
