Criminal Investigator – AI Training Project (Remote)

About the Role
We are inviting experienced Detectives and Criminal Investigators to contribute to a high-impact AI project focused on improving how investigative processes are understood and applied in advanced systems.
In this role, you’ll use your real-world investigative experience to review scenarios, analyze evidence-based workflows, and help train AI models to better reflect actual law enforcement practices.
What You'll Do
- Review crime scenarios and investigative workflows to ensure real-world accuracy
- Analyze case materials and evidence handling approaches
- Translate investigative processes into structured inputs for AI training
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve model understanding of investigations
- Document procedures clearly for use in training datasets
- Identify gaps in how AI systems interpret investigative methods
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in roles such as Detective, Criminal Investigator, CSI, Special Agent, or similar
- Strong understanding of investigative techniques and legal procedures
- Experience analyzing evidence and documenting case findings
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and professional judgment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
