What You'll Do
- Develop and refine Chinese-language training datasets for AI systems

- Identify and correct cultural, grammatical, and semantic issues in outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional AI development teams remotely
- Maintain documentation of annotation guidelines and best practices
- Support quality assurance processes for language data pipelines
- Apply linguistic expertise to improve dataset consistency and reliability
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and cultural context
- Experience with language data annotation, NLP, or AI training workflows preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy
- Ability to analyze and evaluate language outputs critically
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfort using digital collaboration and annotation tools
- Ability to manage tasks in a structured, deadline-driven workflow
