What You'll Do
- Analyze psychological case studies, assessments, and related documentation.
- Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Cantonese and English.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for psychological accuracy, ethical considerations, and professional alignment.
- Identify weaknesses, inaccuracies, and culturally inappropriate interpretations in generated content.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on psychology-related evaluation tasks.
- Document evaluation methods, findings, and recommendations clearly and consistently.
- Interpret and refine psychological concepts across Cantonese and English while preserving meaning and context.
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology or a closely related psychology discipline.
- Native or near-native fluency in Cantonese and strong professional fluency in English.
- Ability to handle complex psychological terminology accurately in both languages.
- Demonstrated experience with psychological assessment, case analysis, or case-study development.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Sound ethical decision-making and professional judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity when evaluating psychological concepts across different cultural contexts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, structured project environment.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration, documentation, and evaluation tools.
- Experience in both clinical and academic psychology preferred.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated content or working with AI systems preferred.
