Audio Production Specialist – Ardour / LMMS

What You'll Do
- Create and edit multi-track audio sessions using Ardour or LMMS

- Demonstrate realistic production workflows from concept development to final mastering

- Document creative processes, experimentation, and production decisions
- Communicate technical and artistic reasoning through written and verbal updates
- Collaborate remotely within structured project workflows
- Maintain consistency in audio quality, timing, and sound balance
- Adapt production methods based on evolving project requirements
Requirements
- Strong practical experience with Ardour and/or LMMS
- Solid understanding of audio editing, mixing, and music production workflows
- Experience creating tracks or mixes from scratch
- Ability to layer, process, and refine multiple audio components effectively
- Strong communication skills for explaining production choices and workflows
- High attention to detail and commitment to audio quality standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote production environment
- Adaptability when managing creative revisions and workflow adjustments
- Familiarity with collaborative online tools and digital file management
- Preferred: Portfolio demonstrating completed audio or music production projects
- Preferred: Experience across multiple genres, podcasts, or sound design formats
