What You'll Do

- Document findings accurately and maintain high review standards
- Follow project instructions and procedural requirements precisely
- Complete evaluations independently while meeting quality expectations
- Provide objective and balanced assessments of model performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded university preferred
- Native-level English fluency required
- Strong analytical thinking and critical reading abilities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to identify nuance, implicit meaning, and reasoning gaps
- Experience writing clear, precise, and evidence-based evaluations
- Strong judgment and willingness to provide constructive critical feedback
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to structured guidelines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to perform work without the use of AI writing tools
- Reliable internet access and a suitable remote work setup
- Eligibility to work as an independent contractor
- Preferred location in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
- Experience supporting research, quality assurance, content evaluation, or analytical review projects preferred
- Familiarity with AI systems, language models, or evaluation workflows preferred
