What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated business documents for accuracy, structure, and professional quality
- Execute complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Review presentations, reports, proposals, and analytical outputs across business functions
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated business deliverables
- Design realistic workflow scenarios for finance, strategy, marketing, operations, and related functions
- Identify recurring quality issues and document findings systematically
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI improvement initiatives
- Ensure deliverables align with enterprise-level communication and formatting standards
- Support annotation and testing processes for AI-driven productivity systems
- Contribute insights related to workflow optimization and document clarity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business, strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate professional business content with high attention to detail
- Experience creating polished reports, presentations, and operational documentation
- Comfort working independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to provide constructive, structured, and actionable feedback
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is preferred
- Experience with AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools is preferred
- Background in consulting, Fortune 500 environments, or large enterprise operations is preferred
- MBA or other advanced business qualification is preferred
- Experience mentoring, reviewing, or quality-checking business deliverables is preferred
