What You'll Do
- Analyze accounting records, audit workflows, and financial documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Review financial statements and operational procedures to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Document accounting methodologies, workflow structures, and audit trails clearly and accurately
- Provide written and verbal feedback on financial processes and data interpretation scenarios
- Use tools such as Access, Visio, Power BI, and MS Project to model and communicate workflows
- Validate financial data and support quality assurance processes across training tasks
- Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams to clarify standards and improve consistency
- Identify inefficiencies in accounting or audit processes and recommend practical solutions
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information
- Support the development of structured training materials related to accounting and audit functions
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in accounting and audit office operations
- Ability to analyze and explain complex financial and operational workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
