Financial Modeling Expert – Advanced Transactions & Valuation

About the Role
We are inviting experienced finance professionals to contribute to high-impact modeling and valuation work supporting a major global organization.
This role is built for professionals who have constructed complex models in real deal environments — not template users. You’ll apply deep transaction judgment, valuation rigor, and structured thinking across sophisticated investment scenarios.

What You'll Do
- Build and refine fully integrated 3-statement models, operating models, and 13-week cash flow forecasts
- Lead advanced valuation analysis including DCF (WACC build), trading comps, and precedent transactions
- Develop transaction models: LBOs, M&A merger models, accretion/dilution analyses
- Design industry-specific frameworks (sale-leasebacks, REIT conversions, NAV models)
- Support complex and bespoke transactions (spin-offs, carve-outs, RMTs, IP licensing structures)
- Conduct deep-dive due diligence including unit economics and cohort analysis
- Present modeling assumptions, risks, and strategic implications clearly to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Have experience at a tier-1 investment bank, private equity firm, hedge fund, or strategic finance team
- Have built DCFs, LBOs, and M&A models independently from scratch
- Understand deal risk, return dynamics, and capital structure trade-offs
- Are meticulous with data integrity and scenario analysis
- Communicate complex modeling insights clearly and concisely
- Thrive in a remote, high-performance environment
